Shipping Policy

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable).
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with your Order ID as soon as possible.
• If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
